There are two ways to plan an employee's worktime %.
1. Scenario assumption for Salary Increases: A corporate-wide setting that is defaulted to the value agreed to with ??NSF, Board, Pres Council??
This is maintained by the UCAR Budget Management user group and can be found in the Report tab. See Scenario Assumptions.
2. Employee Assumptions for Worktime %: A data entry tab in Salary Planning ??super tab?? where you may override the assumption in the Scenario Assumptions grid.
