The UCAR Report Distribution Tool interfaces with Cognos BI to let Division/Program/Department administrators automate the delivery of reports (release 2 - Budget Financial Forecast Report only) via the following features:
Create and edit distribution groups made up of system users, report prompt information (release 2 - Account keys only), and target bursting folder
Create and run jobs that do the following:
automate the creation of report views based on the group definitions
email system users with links to the report views based on their group definitions
