How do I get a List like the Employee List report in iVantage for only people in my organization

The Plan Employee Salaries grid in FAB can be used to get a list of important information about employees in your organization that are also contained in the Employee List report in iVantage.  Here's how:

 

Step 1: Open the Plan Employee Salaries grid

Plan Employee Salaries menu item

Step 2: From the dimension Selector, click on Scenario and select Incurred Actual:

Step 3: From the dimension Selector, click on Employee and Select your organization

Select HR Org

Step 4: From the Dimension Selector, click on Employee Record and select Current

Select Employee Record

Step 5: Save selection as" [your org name] Current"

Save dimension selections Current Incurred Actual  Save dimension selections Current Incurred Actual Saved

Step 6:  Use the Add Attributes feature to add additional columns that may not be in the grid.
