Cognos BI - "Missing" Utility Report Folder or other Missing BI Folders

When in Cognos BI, depending on your browser and number of view-able entries set  up, you may not be able to see all the folders when logging in.  

 

There are two options:

 - the page up/down arrows on the upper right to go to the next page

 - changing the number of entries that will be shown
