FAB Calculate Employee Cubes

Calculate Process in FAB

Typically, this process does not have to be run, but when you make changes to hours that don’t seem to “calculate” through, you might need to recalculate on an individual to see if that’s the issue.  You will want to verify start and end dates on Plan Employee Salaries and on Employee Assumptions first, these are more likely issues.

1. Select the “Processes” Tab
2. Select “Calculate”
3. Select “Calculate Employee Cubes””
4. Click cd_Employee to select the employee you wish to calculate.  *** Currently this process can be run by an individual or by a very small group.   Running it on larger groups may bring the system down.  The process does run overnight, every night, so your information will be recalculated by tomorrow morning. ***
5. You can select the cd_Scenario you wish to calculate within as well as “base” or a “sandbox”.
6. Once selections are complete, select “Run Process”
