To get Staff Attribute information in FAB (name, supervisor, hire date, title, annual salary, hourly salary, compa ratio, etc.) use the Plan Employee Salaries Data Entry Grid, change the dimension filtes as shown below and save the new filter.
While you may not want your default filter for your group to be based on Current Record, it's nice in the Attributes View where you are not likely to need Previous or Next Records. (Current in your default grid does not allow you to see Previous or Next Records and you can easily filter on current in that vew.)
