Ther eis a helpful report in the UI that can be used to identify new keys that need to be included in your working plan and showing old keys that may need to be inactivated and/or closed. In the Dimension Filter, under Account, drill down to your Lab / DIvision / Program via Hierarchy, under Year, select 2013 via Hierarchy if it is not already selected and save the new filter.
