· Filter by HR Org
o Are there staff listed from your Division or program who have no time planned against any account key?
· Verify "Unassigned Employees" for your group
o Should the unassigned employee have planned time? Some casual or emeritus employees may be OK – see FYI Casual information below. A new employee may need Acct Key assignments added.
o Are employees who need assigned keys listed on your Employee Salary Planning and Employee Assumption Grids? If so, they only need to be added to the Employee Account Allocation Grid.
