In the FAB tools Account Keys are organized into a hierarchy that is managed by the business owners who need reports based on regulalry used groupings and roll-ups. We refer to this hierarchy as the Financial Organization or FinOrg. The FinOrg structure can be reviewed within the FAB tool be navigating the hierarchy in any grid's Dimension Selector that contains the Account dimension in it. To access this report do the following:
1. Log on to Cognos BI.
2. Navigate to this folder: Public Folders > UCAR Reports > Analytical Reports > Budget and Forecasting
3. Run this report with the node in the FinOrg you would like to review: 000 - Financial Organization
or, to launch the report click here. You willbe prompted to log in to Cognos BI. Follow the login instructions the prompt page of the report will appear. Select the Fin Org you would like to review. The rpeort will display that FinOrg and all of its children. For ease of review it is recommended that you export the report to Excel.
