You can customize which folder your job goes in by group. Keep in mind that for every group, a subfolder gets created dynamically using the group name. Here is an example of a use case:
1. Create a subfolder in BI – please work with your entity representative do this
2. Go to the Customize Distribution Folder tab.
3. Navigate to the folder you would like a specific group’s reports to be stored and Click on the group that you would like to have an alternate folder from your default. (e.g. your default folder is CGD and you want CGD Group 1’s report views to be located in a sub-folder called CGD ISP Collaborations. Click Update.
When you run your job with that group, it will appear in a subfolder of the specified folder with the group name:
