October 2, 2013 Release

The following items have been approved for this release:

Please note that items in this list had clear requirements,  have been developed, tested and approved.  There are several Pirority 1 and 2 items that either do not have clear requirements or have not been tested.  Also, if development time is minimal priority 3 items may be worked prior to priority 1 and 2 items.  See the current backlog for items that you may have requested that are not  in this release.

  • n/a, priority 1, error in the UI when using group by function, reported by Joanne Graham and Stephanie Gillin
  • 556, priority 1, Need overlapping data warning back so whenusers run S1 and overlapping dates occur a viual indicator shows them where next records may need to be deleted/adjusted
  • 604, priority 1, Total column not sticking to position in Grid in layout
  • 606, priority 1, FAB UI Delete Function
  • 571, priority 3, requested by Stephanie Gillin - Add FTE to plan  employee salary grids.  Note that this will only be relevant for totaling if only the current record is selected
  • 587, priority 3, requested by Stephanie Gillin - make PoP begin and end date columns sortable in the Active Keys with No Planned Expenses report
  • 563, priority 2, found by Megan Delaney - If a placeholder name is the same as an HR Org Unit name the calc process for any placeholder edit fails - there was a palceholder employee called UCP that caused all placeholder changes to fail - when reported we removed this placeholder, now we have implemented a long term fix
